With heavy hearts we announce the passing of Walter Francis Lobo, a vibrant, helpful, and generous man who touched the lives of many. Walter passed away in the early morning of May 15, 2023.
Born on December 3, 1940, Walter is survived by his wife: Stella; children: Kevin and Natasha; and his four remaining siblings: Kenny, Clair, Marie and Norbert. Walter will be sadly missed by his family and friends.
