It is with great sadness and a profound sense of loss we announce the peaceful passing of Yin Fong ” Fanny” Kwok on March 26,2025, at Mon Sheong Scarborough Long Term Care at the age of 104. Reunited with her beloved husband Paul Wei-Ming. Loving mother of Philip (Sharon), Annie (Jonathan), Stephen (Mae) and David (Grace). Proud Grandmother of Bonnie (Wesley), Tiffany (Lingxi), Adrian (Yanran), Victoria and Matthew. Proud Great Grandmother of Hadley, Madeline, Cecilia and Ainsley. Dear sister of Bik Fong (Philip) and Vincent Chi Kam (Freda). Yin Fong will be sadly missed and held dear in the hearts of her many extended family and friends. She will be lovingly remembered and never forgotten.

With heavy hearts, we honor the life of our beloved mother, who was a pillar of strength, kindness, and dedication. As a nurse, she cared for others with compassion; as a housewife, she created a warm and loving home; and as a cook, she filled our lives with the comfort of her delicious meals. Above all, she was a truly good person—selfless, loving, and always there for those in need.
Her legacy of love and kindness will live on in our hearts forever.

郭鄭姸芳女士，一生奉獻護理事業，以溫柔雙手照料病弱，更以無私愛心守護家庭。
她是子女心中最堅強的依靠，悉心培育四位兒女成才，皆為社會棟樑；亦是媳婿眼中的明燈，慷慨傳授持家之道。
她那融合了耐心與巧思的廚藝，讓灶台飄香成為家族最深的記憶——每一道家常菜，都是她對生命濃郁深情的註解。
百年歲月，她以善良滋養兒孫，以智慧照亮門庭。如今她安息主懷，但她的教誨如薪火相傳，她的笑容永駐心間。
